What is LINC? LINC is an acronym for Large Innovative Networking Churches. It is a network of education, discipleship, small group leadership staff of Alabama Southern Baptist Churches with more than 800 in attendance. LINC was organized in 2002 by Topper Ried of Hunter Street and Rick Ellison of the Alabama Baptist State Convention.

A president is elected each year to host the event, which typically has been held at churches who are in new facilities. The meetings are presently held from lunch to lunch, the first Thursday/Friday in May.
